We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Couvin, Belgium. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping the Store Manager supervise daily operations, stimulate sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

- Assister the Store Manager in supervising daily operations of the store and achieving sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of performing sales associates.
- Ensure excellent customer service by setting a positive example and responding to customers' questions and concerns.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inventories, and place orders if necessary.
- Supervise species processing procedures and maintain precise financial records.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to improve store appearance and stimulate sales.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and personnel programming.
- Maintain respect for company policies, procedures, and security rules.
- Replace the Store Manager in their absence, making key decisions if necessary.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
