Assistant Store Manager (Full-time / 38.5 hours, m/w/d) - Vienna Mariahilfer Strasse

• Support of the Shop Manager in all aspects of the store and application of solution-oriented strategies and best practices in customer service together with the team
• Representation of the Shop Manager in operational daily business (e.g. cash register, warehouse, visual merchandising, floor) as well as possibly personnel matters (e.g. employee deployment planning, recruiting) in coordination with your Store Manager
• Improvement of store performance through professional customer consulting in a leading role, effective teamwork and efficient processes while maintaining our retail standards
• Co-responsibility for our sales and customer experience goals including KPI management and sales promotion

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is € 2,303.00 (entry-level salary in the first year of employment on a full-time basis) with willingness to exceed. The actual salary depends on experience and qualifications.
