Key Responsibilities Operational Management Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maximise income streams through effective promotion of add-ons, GP, and other revenue channels. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures. Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication, recognition, and employee engagement. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity. Manage and develop a high-performing store team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Analyse sales data and trends to inform business decisions and optimise store operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and responsive to customer needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our values and behaviours.
