Assistant Store Manager

At Decathlon, we'll start your engine as a Team Leader. This is a high-speed traineeship where we'll prepare you to run your own store as a Storeleader within 3 to 5 years. Your role: You're an entrepreneur of your own sports department. From inventory strategy to coaching your team, you have full control over growth and results. Lead your team: You recruit, coach, and motivate your own team. You spot talent and help them (and yourself) reach the next level. Run the business: You'll be responsible for the daily operations of your store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. Your goal is to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize processes. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, make decisions, and drive results.
