As one of our Customer Experience Managers, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Experience Representatives, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will be the face of our store, and your passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience will be contagious. You will be responsible for: • Leading a team of Customer Experience Representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers • Maintaining a high level of store appearance and ensuring all store operations are running smoothly • Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and develop the store team • Providing coaching and guidance to Customer Experience Representatives to improve their skills and performance • Identifying and addressing any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to the Store Manager • Participating in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge • Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required • Being an ambassador for the Endeavour Group values and culture, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
