Coach – Manawa Bay Outlet Coach is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Manawa Bay team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. About the Role As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, team leadership, and customer service. You will be responsible for managing daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling. Additionally, you will assist with recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead a team of Sales Associates and Sales Leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures. • Assist with recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. • Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with other Assistant Store Managers and the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive results.
