An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Store Manager at our Eyethu Orange Farm store. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading by example, driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all store operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal customer service; • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer loyalty; • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to foster a positive and supportive work environment; • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards; • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement and innovation; • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives. Requirements: • A relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent); • At least 3 years' experience in a retail management role; • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading by example; • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Strong analytical and planning skills; • Familiarity with FMCG industry trends and developments.
