ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER | AREA VENDITE

Orienta SpA - Benefit Society, a subsidiary of Venice-Mestre, is seeking and selecting ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER AREA VENDITE for an important client company operating in the Travel Retail sector at a point of sale located inside the VENICE (VE) AIRPORT. The resource will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience, optimizing store operations, and supporting the Store Manager in managing the team and business. The resource will mainly be responsible for: - Training, orientation, and motivation of the team to offer courteous and professional service, even during peak hours; - Organizing and supervising staff shifts; - Managing any complaints or operational issues; - Reviewing sales data and adapting product assortment based on customer demand; - Supporting the preparation of daily reports and analysis of store performance; - Controlling inventory and supplies, avoiding waste and stock breaks; - Managing cash register and verifying accuracy of cash register records. REQUIREMENTS: - Previous training in Sales and roles of responsibility, coordination, and management; - Good knowledge of the English language; - Flexibility in terms of working hours and being able to work on shifts; - Excellent relational and communicative skills. WE OFFER: - Initial direct employment for a fixed-term period, with a concrete possibility of stabilization over time; - CCNL Public Services and Tourism - 3rd level; - Full-time work 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week. Shifts will be organized on a rotating schedule between the hours of 04:00 and 24:00, without split shifts; - Indicative salary: €1,500, plus additional increases expected from CCNL for festive, night, and overtime work; - Thirteenth monthly payment.
