• To stimulate sales performance by taking care of excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations every day;
• To coach, train, create engagement, and help your team members to stand fully in their strength;
• To support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback;
• To help with recruiting and retaining a diverse and talented store team;
• To be prepared to replace your Shop Manager and take the lead when needed;
• To be flexible and not mind working within the wide opening hours of the shopping center.
