• stimulate the performance of the store by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations each day;
• coach, train, create engagement within your team, and help them express their full potential;
• sustain the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback;
• contribute to recruiting and retaining a diverse and talented store team;
• be ready to replace the Store Manager and take over when necessary.
