- Welcome and establish a shared social diagnosis with vulnerable people
- Inform individually or collectively about existing social aid devices and rights
- Build and follow a personalized assistance plan in collaboration with the concerned person
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners to improve accompaniment
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and document interventions for presentation to funders
