- Welcome and establish a shared social diagnosis with vulnerable individuals

- Inform individually or collectively about social aid devices and existing rights

- Build and follow a personalized assistance plan in collaboration with the concerned person

- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners to improve accompaniment

- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and document interventions for presentation to funders

We are looking for a passionate social assistant who loves accompanying vulnerable publics in a solidary environment. - State diploma in social service assistance (DEASS) required - First experience in the social or medical-social sector desired - Excellent analytical, synthetic, and writing skills - Good relational skills with proven ability to work as a team - Mastery of legal social aid devices and deontological rigor
