You will be responsible for accompanying and supporting people in difficulty within our medical-social establishment

- Evaluate each person's situation by establishing a complete social diagnosis and identifying the underlying causes

- Counsel and guide users towards devices and organizations adapted to their needs, ensuring a mediator role

- Co-construct social accompaniment projects, follow administrative procedures, and evaluate the impact of implemented actions

We are looking for a Social Assistant (F/H) with expertise in social accompaniment.

- State Diploma of Social Service Assistant (DEASS) required
