As a key member of the site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site, including managing daily activities, coordinating with other departments, and providing support to production teams. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and efficient use of resources. • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to resolve issues and improve productivity. • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business objectives. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management). • 3+ years of experience in site operations or a related field. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
