The Haute Ecole d'Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud is calling for applications for the position of Assistant·e RH within the Service des ressources humaines. You will ensure the administration of personnel and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR processes. You will intervene throughout the entire administrative cycle, in close collaboration with other team members and internal and external partners.Your main activities:Ensure the administration of personnel: management of administrative, contractual, and salary data within dedicated tools (SIRH, PeopleSoft, IS-Academia), management of absences, social security, accidents, work certificates, auxiliary staff, and administrative follow-up of HR filesContribute to the improvement of HR tools and processes, particularly by updating procedures, participating in functional tests of SIRH, and writing follow-up documentsProvide administrative and logistical support to recruitment processes (job posting, candidate management, organization of interviews)Ensure routine tasks of the HR secretary and inform internal and external stakeholders about HR proceduresYour profile:CFE employee or equivalent training.
