SOMETHING ABOUT US: Obicà Mozzarella Bar is our Italian restaurant project that puts Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP at the center of its gastronomic proposal. The first Obicà was born in Rome in May 2004 and since then we have started to expand not only in major Italian cities, but also beyond national borders: from New York to Tokyo, passing through European capitals like London. YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF: - You have gained at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in structured, organized, and dynamic restaurant contexts; - You are familiar with the operational activities that characterize a restaurant service; - You have the ability to work in a team and collaborate positively with colleagues and supervisors; - You possess excellent communication and active listening skills; - You nurture a strong passion for the Food & Beverage sector and maintaining high service standards; - You are able to solve problems and take quick and appropriate decisions; - You have a good knowledge of the English language, preferably applied in the restaurant context. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a point of reference for the Director and for all the management of the location. You will support the organization of service and supervision of daily activities to ensure a high-quality experience for our Guests. You will be responsible for: - Managing and organizing front-of-house and back-of-house operations in accordance with the Director; - Participating in training and onboarding new resources that will enrich the Team, promoting effective integration and facilitating their entry into the team; - Supporting the organization of events in-store, contributing to their success and guest involvement; - Monitoring service standards and providing constant feedback to always improve customer experience.
