Assistant Reservations & Revenue Manager (m/w)

The Gstaad Palace with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars, and a legendary nightclub is an internationally renowned 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and one of the last traditionally family-run Grand Hotels - a landmark of Switzerland. We are looking for an Assistant Reservations & Revenue Manager (m/w) in an unlimited employment relationship from September/October 2025 or upon agreement. Active support of the management of the reservations department, including the preparation of reports, the analysis of sales data, and the development of strategies for increasing revenue. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the hotel's revenue management system, the monitoring of occupancy rates, and the optimization of room pricing. The ideal candidate will have a degree in hospitality management or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be flexible and adaptable are also essential.
