Assistant Recruitment Adviser supporting UK University

Job /Title: Assistant Recruitment Adviser Location: Delhi, India The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Assistant Recruitment Adviser to support international student recruitment and partnership development for a client university in India. This role focuses on enhancing student engagement, strengthening stakeholder relationships, supporting admissions processes, and implementing market strategies to drive enrolment growth. The position requires frequent travel within India and occasional travel to the UK. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including universities, colleges, schools, and other education institutions. • Identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities that align with the client university's strategic objectives. • Providing support to the admissions team by processing applications, responding to queries, and ensuring timely communication with students. • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns and promotional materials. • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in international student recruitment or a related field.
