Assistant Quarry Manager

Mō te tūranga | About the role We’re looking for an Assistant Quarry Manager to join our team at Fernhill Quarry. This is a hands-on role with real variety. You’ll support the Quarry Manager with the day-to-day running of the site while also staying close to the action on the ground. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit back and supervise from a distance. You’ll help keep the quarry running smoothly, step in on machinery when needed, cover breaks, support the crew, and help make sure that all aspects of the operation are covered. As part of our team, you will be expected to work safely at all times, follow all safety procedures and guidelines, and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
