Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Quality (QA/QC) Job Location: Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality to lead quality assurance activities across cosmetic/skincare manufacturing. The role focuses on strong QA systems, regulatory compliance, documentation, and audit management, ensuring adherence to internal standards and statutory guidelines across all manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities: Oversee QA activities for RM, PM, bulk, and FG. Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements. Manage and control documentation, including SOPs, specifications, and batch records. Conduct audits (internal and vendor) and manage CAPA. Handle deviations, investigations, and change control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, R&D). Train and mentor the QA team. Monitor and review product quality and process controls. Implement and improve QA systems and processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in cosmetic/skincare manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of cGMP, ISO 22716, and regulatory requirements. Experience with audit management and CAPA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes and packaging materials. Experience with vendor qualification and management. Proficient in MS Office.
