As the new Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be joining a high-performing team in a beautifully refurbished office in Sydney’s Inner West.

The Role:

Monday – Friday Role
Supporting a Senior Property Manager – this is one of their most Senior Property Manager’s which means excellent training for the right candidate!
Assist Property Management team with day-to-day duties
Respond to potential tenant enquiries via emails & phone calls
NO INGOINGS
NO LEASING
NO ARREARS
NO ROUTINES
You will be required to step up when the Senior is on leave (with training provided!)

The Candidate:

Real Estate experience is essential – are you looking for your next step?
A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Willingness to learn
