What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the management of commercial properties.
• Assist with leasing, rent reviews, and lease administration.
• Help coordinate maintenance and compliance (including Building Warrant of Fitness).
• Prepare client reports and budgets with guidance from senior team members.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
