Assistant Project Manager - DMS

Job Description: We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our project management team in delivering successful projects. The APM will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Responsibilities: * Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution. * Coordinate project tasks and activities. * Monitor project progress and performance. * Assist in managing project budgets and timelines. * Communicate with stakeholders and keep them informed of project status. * Identify and mitigate project risks. * Prepare project documentation and reports. * Assist with project closeout activities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
