Job description
Responsibilities: Assist in the management and coordination of electrical engineering projects. Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Monitor and report on project costs, timelines, and progress. Assist in the development of project proposals and bids. Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress and discuss any issues or concerns. Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time. Assist in the preparation of project close-out reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
