Assistant Programme Manager - Pillans Point

Job Description As an Assistant Programme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that makes the Rise then Shine & Stay and Play Programme unforgettable for children. You’ll be working a minimum of 9 hours per week, rostered across Monday - Friday, with potential school holiday programme hours available. Here’s what you’ll be up to Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day – from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities Supervise and support Programme Managers in their daily tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of programs Provide exceptional customer service to schools, parents, and children, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently Develop and maintain strong relationships with school staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment for program delivery Identify and address any operational or logistical challenges that may arise during program delivery Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and implement strategies for program growth and improvement Ensure all programs are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You’ll be working closely with a dedicated team to make this happen.
