Job description

As an Assistant Programme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings & afternoons unforgettable for children. You’ll be working 15+ hours per week, rostered across before school shift Monday, Tuesday & Friday mornings from 7 am to 8:30 am & after school shifts Monday, Tuesday 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm and Wednesday,Thursday & Friday from 2:45 pm to 5:30 pm, with potential school holiday programme hours available.

Here’s what you’ll be up to

  • Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day – from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities
  • Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music
  • Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly
  • Be the friendly, go-to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive
  • Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day
  • Arrive early to prep activities, co-ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
