Job description Job Title: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor Department: Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, General Management, Business Analytics Location: Mira Road (East), Mumbai Job Summary The Faculty PGDM contributes to the overall academic excellence and industry relevance of the program by fostering an engaging, innovative, and student-centric learning environment. The role emphasizes developing students analytical, practical, and professional competencies while supporting the development of a diverse range of skills, including data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership. The Faculty PGDM is expected to maintain high standards of academic integrity, professionalism, and commitment to student success. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and teach courses in Marketing, HR, Finance, Business Analytics, and General Management, as assigned by the Program Director. • Design and implement innovative pedagogies that promote active learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity within the program. • Collaborate with industry partners to develop relevant and practical curricula that meet the needs of the business community. • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders to support the program's growth and development. • Participate in curriculum development, review, and revision processes. • Engage in scholarly activities, such as research, publishing, and presenting papers at conferences. • Mentor students and provide guidance on academic and professional development. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Dean.
