Assistant Professor – Indian Cuisine

Chitkara University invites applications for an Assistant Professor – Indian Cuisine to join its School of Culinary Arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach theoretical and practical courses in Indian Cuisine.
- Cover regional Indian cuisines, traditional techniques, and contemporary practices.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and student mentoring.
- Contribute to curriculum development, research, workshops, and industry engagement.
Eligibility:
- Master’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Relevant culinary industry and/or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in Indian cuisine and professional kitchen practices.
