Key Responsibilities: Teaching: Develop and deliver courses in civil engineering, including structural analysis, transportation engineering, water resources, and construction management. Conducting classes, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities as assigned by the Head of Department. Research: Pursue research in areas relevant to civil engineering, such as infrastructure development, sustainable building practices, and environmental impact assessment. Publish research papers in reputed international journals and present at conferences. Service: Participate in departmental and institutional committees, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in community outreach programs. Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for real-world problems. Key Requirements: Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized university. M.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the Assistant Professor level or equivalent. Strong research background with publications in reputed international journals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
