ASSISTANT PRODUCTION FERTILIZERS

Description of the job

• Load and organize big bags of 1 ton for correct packaging and delivery to the customer.
• Count the big bags on trucks to ensure precise production for customers.
• Assist in cleaning the warehouse and production area to maintain smooth operations.
• Receive packages and assemble blocks of big bags, respecting FIFO principles.
• Collect samples of finished products from trucks to ensure quality.
• Prepare trucks for loading, removing arches, tarps, and chains, and organizing big bags.
• Maintain 5S and FIFO standards for packaging organization.
• Fill out load checklists to ensure correct and organized delivery of the product.
• Prepare production orders and organize loading queues to maintain efficiency.
• Label products and varnish truck tarps to prevent adulterations.
• Assist Operators I in assembling cargo loads on trucks according to established standards.
• Manage the yard, including organizing parked trucks and calling them for loading according to production plans.
• Clean machines according to specific procedures to maintain productivity.
• Perform rework when necessary, such as adjusting truck weights or resolving quality issues.
