Assistant Product Leader

What will you do?

In this role, you are jointly responsible for daily production. You determine the production order together with the product leader and cutting department. You work in production. Additionally, you have a technical background and can solve small issues yourself. Knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage.

Your tasks/ responsibilities will be:

• You will contribute to achieving quantitative and qualitative production targets;
• You will lead and work together on the isolation glass line;
• To ensure that company regulations, instructions, and procedures are correctly followed;
• Care for optimal machine park operation by reacting promptly to issues, defects, and preventive actions aimed at supporting services;
• Maintain personal safety and compliance with the Work Health Act.

• MBO work and think level;
• Relevant experience as a working foreman;
• You are communicatively strong;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
