Assistant Planning Manager

Job description

Planning & Scheduling Prepare planning report based on Client’s Purchase Order & upload demand into the system. Run Material Requirements Planning in QAD systems for Raw Materials/Production Materials requirement. Forecasting production Quarterly / Monthly / Weekly basis inline with Client’s Purchase Order Item Estimated Time of Arrival. Share production schedules with the Production department. Identify delays and adjust schedules accordingly & notify customers via email. Material Coordination & Inventory Control Provide customer service and ensure on time delivery. Conduct weekly reviews with Logistics team to ensure timely material availability. Ensure inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
