Assistant Pharmacist (F/H) Post for 6 Months (Based in Versailles)

You will be responsible for supervising pharmaceutical activities within the establishment, ensuring the quality of care and respect for standards.

- Supervise the procurement and management of medication and sterile medical device stocks.

- Mentor and train the pharmacy team, promoting their professional development.

- Actively participate in clinical pharmacy, including cytotoxin management.

- Contribute to defining the establishment's medication policy.

- Update patient database software and contribute to quality projects.

Here are the conditions offered for this position:

- Contract: CDD starting December 1, 2025

- Duration: 6 months, full-time

- Schedule: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm (35 hours)

- Salary: €7,400 per month

- Team: 8 pharmacy preparers, 1 senior pharmacy preparer, 1 warehouse worker, 1 pharmacist manager

- Software: Sage X3 (Softway), Hospital Manager (Softway), HM Serialization (Sofway), Secure Automated Storage Systems (Omincell)

We are looking for an experienced hospital pharmacist with expertise in management, stock control, and quality projects.

- Mastery of Pharmacy for Internal Use (PUI) missions

- State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma required

- At least one year's experience in hospital pharmacy

- Competencies in management and training of the pharmacy team

- Ability to manage quality projects and establishment committees
