Assistant or Assistant in Community Health and Care to Private Division - Hematology Unit - 80%

In the context of your activity within a multidisciplinary care team, for different units of the Private Division, at general medicine or emergency care, you accompany patients on a daily basis in their care journey.

The Private Division aims to strengthen and develop the role of ASSC within its teams. Thanks to your solid ability to position yourself and be able to develop and reinforce the role within the service. You demonstrate leadership and actively contribute to the evolution of practices and continuous improvement of services at the Private Division.

Under delegation and responsibility from the nursing staff, you assist patients in their daily activities and deliver care by adapting to their needs and pace of life. You communicate appropriately with patients, know how to listen to them, and know how to reassure them when needed. In a good spirit of collaboration, you report your interventions to the healthcare team.

You perform medical-technical acts that fall within your competence in complete autonomy, such as vital sign evaluation, measuring blood pressure, preparing treatments, changing dressings, and practicing injections and blood draws.

You actively participate in preventing complications related to hospitalization in collaboration with other health professionals (pain, prevention of bedsores, falls, and infections, ...), and also help the patient prepare for discharge.

You ensure the maintenance of equipment, furniture, follow-up, and documentation of your patients' electronic files and perform administrative and logistical activities within your unit in line with your nursing profession.
