This role ensures efficient service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement of operational processes. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity • Maintaining accurate records and reports for management review • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge • Performing any other duties as required by the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have: • A relevant degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., hospitality, tourism, operations management) • At least 2 years' experience in an operations management role within the travel, leisure, tourism, and hospitality industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
