Main responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring the process of carcass delinting, critically analyzing indicators according to process map.
Operate sector equipment according to standard operating procedure (SOP), executing necessary adjustments to meet process and quality parameters.
Inform your superior about deviations and anomalies found in the process to reestablish normal operation conditions
Care for cleanliness and organization of the sector (housekeeping), according to cleaning schedules, including filling out and signing this document.
