Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees. Responsibilities Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s Rules and Regulations. Manages team meetings and participate in operations/clinical meetings as necessary. Develops and implements strategies for improving store performance, including analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of initiatives. Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
