Assistant Operations Manager

Job Dimension: Responsible for the execution of operations & safely activities related to plant on day-to-day basis. Span of control: Workmen (TEMIPL / Contractors) 13 nos Plant Operations: Replenish inventory of LPG bottling consumables. Co-ordinate with logistics to ensure that the indent is serviced in packed segment. Ensure proper daily line ups for both bottling and bulk operations. Complete responsibility of productivity of the bottling operations and MT packed per Man – hour. Vehicle transportation and movement of materials within plant premises. Monitor and control inventory levels, stock management and storage. Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide guidance and support to team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Identify and address any gaps in training or skills required by the team. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and safety. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
