Job Description: In the position of Assistant of Operations Support - Vehicle Monitoring, you will act on the SO/OPM-RSA1-BR team with the mission to support customers, resolve tickets and analyze complaints. Main responsibilities: Vehicle Monitoring Support: Receive and manage customer calls from car rental companies and manufacturers offering complete support for problems such as electrical failures or other vehicle occurrences. Personalized and Humanized Support: Offer a personalized and humanized service to customers, providing solutions and answers to their questions and concerns.
