ssistant Nursing Superintendent (Oncology)
Balco Medical Centre Raipur
Location: Raipur
Experience: 10 – 15 Years
Compensation: ₹9.6 – 10 LPA
Education & Background:
M.Sc Nursing MBBS
Proven exposure in Oncology Nursing with hospital administration experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist Nursing Superintendent in managing overall nursing operations.
Supervise and guide staff nurses, with emphasis on oncology care.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety, and quality standards.
Manage staff duty rosters, workforce allocation, and schedules.
Conduct training & development programs for nurses.
Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimum patient care.
Monitor infection control practices & adherence to NABH/JCI standards.
Key Competencies:
Strong leadership & administrative skills.
Expertise in oncology patient care.
Excellent communication & coordination abilities.
Crisis management and problem-solving aptitude.
