As part of our Marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Apprentice H/F to support the team in a wide range of marketing activities, from events and social media to content creation, email campaigns, and CRM management.

This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in an international and dynamic environment, while contributing to concrete marketing projects.

Your Responsibilities

Event Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events.

• Support logistical coordination, including team registrations and event material preparation.

• Help coordinate communications with participants.

Social Media

• Create engaging visuals and content for LinkedIn, in line with our brand guidelines.

• Support the planning and monitoring of social media activity.

Content Creation

• Support the integration and promotion of marketing content across digital channels.

• Collaborate with external partners, including marketing and translation agencies.

Email Marketing

• Assist in the creation and distribution of email campaigns.

• Support contact list management and campaign performance tracking.

Presentations & Branding

• Update and improve existing PowerPoint presentations to ensure consistency and clarity.

• Apply brand guidelines to marketing materials.

Salesforce & Marketing Operations

• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of marketing information in Salesforce.

• Support lead tracking and campaign tagging.

• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Marketing team.

• You are currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You are comfortable with tools such as Canva and PowerPoint and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

• You have a basic understanding of CRM tools. Experience with Salesforce would be a plus.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• You are comfortable working in an international environment and have a good level of written and spoken English.
