Assistant Manager/Manager - Learning and Development

The role will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of high-impact learning programs that are rooted in Glenmark's context. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, agile program management, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver diverse learning experiences, including instructor-led programs, comprehensive learning journeys and self-guided learning modules. The Manager - Learning & Development will be instrumental in driving a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, fostering a growth mindset among employees, and ensuring that all training initiatives are aligned with business objectives. This role will also involve developing and implementing effective evaluation methods to measure the impact of learning programs on employee performance and organizational outcomes.
