Assistant Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Linux Administrator with strong Ansible automation experience to manage and support enterprise-grade infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Linux system administration, automation, and exposure to HPC/AI environments with GPU-based infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage, install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems. Design and maintain automation using Ansible Playbooks and Ansible Tower/Ansible Engine. Develop and implement efficient workflows for automating repetitive tasks. Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure seamless integration of automated processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Linux-based systems. Provide expert-level support for Linux-based infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Linux system administration and automation. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Develop and maintain documentation of automated processes and workflows. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT operations. Provide training and guidance to junior team members. Contribute to the development of new automation tools and scripts. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator with expertise in Ansible automation. Strong understanding of Linux system administration, including installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Experience working with HPC/AI environments with GPU-based infrastructure. Knowledge of Ansible Playbooks, Ansible Tower/Ansible Engine, and other automation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
