Assistant Manager Stockbeheer

Task

As Assistant Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and following up on tasks performed by employees in your department.
You ensure a smooth operation of the departments and have leadership over all processes. You will be supported by your manager.

Responsibility Area

• You always put the customer at the center. You listen, inform, and help your customer further.
• You ensure correct prices.
• Together with the team, you work on an attractive appearance of the departments.
• You are responsible for following up on orders, inventory management, and team organization.
• You know the principles of replenishment and sales and can apply them.
• You adapt procedures specific to your department and profession.
• You make proposals to the department manager to improve commercial actions, order tracking, and work organization in general.
• You support the manager in achieving the set targets.

Profile

• You have a diploma of Secondary Education (or equivalent through experience).
• You have initial professional experience within sales / replenishment / retail / horeca or catering.
• You possess the necessary skills to lead a team and take initiative.
• You are flexible in your schedule. Working irregular hours and on Saturdays does not scare you off.
• Your qualities: customer- and result-oriented, organizational skills / prioritization, team player, and good communication.
