As the Assistant Manager - Stewarding, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall stewarding operations, ensuring the highest level of service and quality in all aspects of the hotel's operations, including but not limited to: food and beverage, housekeeping, and facilities management. This role is a key part of the hotel's leadership team and will require strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities will include: • Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's stewarding department, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all tasks and activities. • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty, through the delivery of exceptional service and quality. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel staff, guests, and external partners, to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all. • Identifying and addressing any operational or service-related issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion at all times, in accordance with the hotel's values and policies. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. • Performing other duties as required, to support the hotel's overall objectives and goals.
