Assistant Manager Seedings & Events (m/w/d)

From our office right in the heart of Cologne, we manage and advise our portfolio of renowned creators and support them in building their careers.

Tasks

• Organization, planning, and implementation of seeding activities for artists
• Planning, coordination, and support of events (before, during, and after the event)
• Alignment and ongoing communication with clients, artists, and external partners
• Maintenance of calendars as well as blocking and coordinating appointments
• Support in project and campaign management
• Ensuring smooth processes between artist, client, and internal team
• General organizational and administrative support in daily business

Qualification

• Enrolled student or ideal candidate with a degree in marketing, event management, communication, media, or comparable fields
• Organization talent with structured and reliable work habits
• Excellent communication skills as well as a confident and professional demeanor
• A high level of self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Interest in events, influencer/artist relations, and brand communication
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; first experience with project management tools is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills are advantageous
