Job Summary The Risk Management Specialist will implement and execute daily risk activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes segment-wise monitoring of clients for margin shortfalls and sending margin call intimations. The specialist will identify reasons for exchange rate fluctuations and ensure that all transactions are in line with the bank's risk appetite. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of risk management principles and be able to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Monitoring and reporting on risk exposure across various business segments • Identifying and mitigating potential risks through effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures • Providing guidance and support to team members on risk management best practices • Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
