Assistant Manager (Python & AI Solutions) - Consulting Industry

We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager (Python & AI Solutions) with strong expertise in Python development, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), scalable backend systems, and API development , along with sound knowledge of DevOps, analytics, and code review practices. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI-driven applications using Azure and other machine learning platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver innovative solutions that leverage the power of Python and AI. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using Azure and other machine learning platforms. • Leading a team of developers to deliver innovative solutions that leverage the power of Python and AI. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Python development. • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices for AI and Python development. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications. • Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot integration. • Hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), scalable backend systems, and API development. • Sound knowledge of DevOps, analytics, and code review practices. • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
