Department : Projects Designation : Asst. Manager – Projects Location : NCR Reporting To: Vice President / Senior Manager (Regional Leads) – Projects This role focuses on managing end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects with a strong emphasis on MEP oversight, technical due diligence, and quality control. The candidate will coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors while ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. This position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction management principles, including project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
