In the context of our further growth, we are looking for an: Assistant Manager Procurement.

As Assistant Procurement, you will work together with your manager to purchase raw materials, packaging materials, and work materials, taking into account the customer's requirements, production capabilities, and legal requirements.

• You will be involved in the negotiation process, compare different offers, and stay up-to-date on ongoing contracts and the use of specific labels
• You will follow various suppliers regarding administrative procedures, proactive ordering for planned events and commercial actions, and check delivery terms, disputes, and invoicing
• You will be responsible for the administrative process of pricing, article, and supplier creation
• You will order small materials and office supplies
• You will work closely with the R&D department regarding samples of raw materials and packaging, and provide necessary product specifications to the quality department
• You will give support on risk analyses and control of food fraud
• You will be a key user of procurement software packages

• You are familiar with the use of IT applications
